“For those who do not have time to go out of town, Roman Trusov, the chief of the Royal Beach Restaurant on Krestovsky Island, prepared an original menu. Among the appetizers there is black tuna with curry pudding, turnip jam and plum; carrot salad with pumpkin Parmentier, pine nuts and prunes.”

For hot dish, you can take sous vide salmon in Asian sauce with balm and fresh cucumbers; stewed lamb shank on dark beer with eggplant paste; or taste monk fish in a creamy sauce with spicy ptitim.

Sweet delicacies from the chef are distinguished by an unusual presentation – crispy waffle cones with salted caramel, "Pavlova" dessert with nuts and berries, and "Honey cone from cedar forest".
