But the main festive dish will become the main decoration of the New Year's table. You can choose duck stewed in apples in berry sauce, turkey baked in citrus with honey, sturgeon baked in champagne or suckling pig marinated in herbs with mushrooms in Demi Glass sauce.
The end of the great dinner will be the author's New Year's cake.
