Recall that Royal Beach became the winner in 2 categories of the HORECA “UP” ULTRA PROFESSIONAL-2018 award, having won the title of Best Restaurant for large-format events, and Anastasia Botkina, pastry chef, was among the best pastry chefs of the city with the special dessert “Honey Cone from Cedar Forest”.
Later, the final list of TOP 50 nominees will be based on a professional assessment by selection criteria. The winners will be selected by the reputable jury of the Horeca UP contest.
The organizers formed a rating of 276 best restaurants in St. Petersburg in 2019 in anticipation of the SPIEF on the basis of the reviews left on popular platforms such as Tripadvisor, Restoclub, Google, Yandex.
